Tucson/Tombstone in January
Thinking of going to Southern Arizona middle of January. Any thoughts on campgrounds, weather, bad/good? Thanks Larry

The weather? It depends.... :) Each year is different.
If you go I'd recommend staying in Benson for touring Tombstone and Bisbee. It's lower elevation so will be warmer. Benson can still have cold nights .. 20's and 30's, but usually warms up during the day....50 deg to 70 deg.
Also plan on taking the Kartchner Caverns tour. They also have a nice campground.
Have a good trip. Lots of folks winter in Benson so it's doable.
