TV Antenna in Quartzsite?

we camp out Plomosa road (north of town?) and get a few channels every year. We're thinking of bringing our DISH this year. Not sure how it works, but will find out.
Had my straighttalk phone, and got phone reception 100% of the time. I also have a MIFI device, and get internet in Quartzsite. Best reception of our whole trip usually in Quartzsite....
