Unique eateries

Anyone stumble across any unique eateries in their travels. And/or link, web sites, etc listing such places? We really like the Bar & Grill type, but most anything, not in a big city, with good lunch food.
Example we either ran across these or plan to visit:
Shade Tree Saloon and Grill, 3530 US-281, Spring Branch, TX 78070, Hill country.
Mammy's Cupboard, 555 US-61, Natchez, MS.
The Rattlesnake Saloon, 1292 Mt Mills Rd, Tuscumbia, AL.
The Minowi Tavern, 9 Broad St, Monowi, NE.
Twisted Oaks, 3349 Nashville Hwy, Dowelltown, TN.
The Dodging Duck Brewhaus & Restaurant, 402 River Rd, Boerne, TX.
Old Plantation Restaurant, 143 East Lake Drive, Medicine Park, OK, Near Mount Scott.
We're always looking the unique eateries & sites Such as the Jerry Lee Lewis Museum & Liquor Store, which was closed down. But we saw it.
Thanks for any and all info.

p.s. Yes I do use atlas obscuraOnly in your state, Roadside America and of course Diners, Drive-Ins &n Dives.
