Upper Peninsula
Thinking of pulling camper up to the UP of Michigan, next Summer. Can anyone make any recommendations on campgrounds? I would prefer a full hook-up site. Pulling a 35' TT.

- Go in late July or august. We went in early July and the temp topped 60 degrees and overcast with a windy drizzle. Not very relaxing. Then I seen the week later it was in the 80's. noticed the same pattern the last couple years. Next time we go it will be during late summer.
- Been to the UP a couple of times and really liked Aune-Osborn Campground in Sault Ste Marie. Lots of huge ships going by.
- Beware of the Black Flies, they apparently don't go away until later in the summer. I suspect this is a somewhat overblown website but seems to have some good info
