If you haven't gotten reservations for RMNP you had better get them ASAP. You will have to check the web site and see the 1st date that you can reserve a site. That is especially true at Moraine C loop.
I think 7 days is a long time unless you have specific places to visit. I would suggest that you make reservations on the west side of RMNP at Stillwater campground and as soon as the reservation system will allow. I would also recommend that you visit the Arapahoe Bay area at the south end of Granby Lake and take the hike around Monarch Lake. It is a beautiful place and there are two primitive campgrounds
near there.
I think your planned time at Mesa Verde is more than enough and would be incline to spend a day at Hovenweep Nat'l monument on your way to Capital Reef. The ruins there are very different and the hikes to them are a great way to spend some time enjoying the area.
