Edge of Cedars SP and the nearby Dinosaur Museum are certainly worth a day. The SP Museum has the largest collection of south-west pottery there is.
I agree that Gooseneck is not worth two days. We stopped there on the way from Bluff to Monument Valley and a couple hours was about all we needed.
