I had planned on staying at Gooseneck for 2 nights while I went to Monument Valley, sounded better then Gouldings. With the additional places to see listed above using it as a base camp for a couple extra days may be worth it. I pull a small 20' fifth wheel, not knowing the roads I have no idea where it's impractical to go with it in tow, especially after seeing the pictures of Moki Dugway. Keep in mind that compared to you locals, I'm a flat lander.
