Utah National Park tour

We are planning a trip to Utah to visit Arches, Bryce Canyon, and Zion National Parks. We are not taking our toad so will only have 35 motor home. It looks like Arches and Bryce are okay to drive through but cannot find anything about Zion. Anyone got information on any or all of these parks. We have dogs so we cannot park and leave the RV. Thanks.
  • Sssssssh about Cap Reef - we love it! We will be there (also Moab for Arches and Canyonlands) and Bryce again this Fall for the colors. Been to all several times. We do not go back to Zion anymore.

If you want, see www.LaurenBarbara.com and go to Wanderings link on left to Utah and National Parks - you will see the treat you are in for on all of these.
  • We did that loop in early sept. You can only drive so far in zion. Shuttles are used to get around. Bryce we drove everywhere. Arches you can drive but even in sept. many people and very hard to find a parking place. We went to Capital Reef and Moab this past June and had a great time. Of all those National Parks our favorite is Capital Reef!!! Just beautiful and not the crowds! That is a hidden little jewel. Have a great trip! Tara
  • Depends on the time of the year, though. I believe in the off season, you can drive through.
  • The only access into the canyon is the shuttle system. No pets allowed on the shuttles or on the trail system.
