utah trip
Hi my dh and I had to change vacation plans as far as month goes. We are going to Utah the last 2 weeks in april. We are going to go to Monument valley, Capital Reef, and Moab, Canyonlands and Arches....

Spending a few days at Mesa Verde then was thinking of using Sand Island BLM CG just west of Bluffs to visit Hovenweep NM and Natural Bridges, each about an hour away. Does this sound reasonable or should I try and stay closer to the individual parks. I know nothing about driving these roads with trailer in tow. I'm also leery of Moki Dugway being a good bit acrophobic.
Is it too far off to stay at Goosenecks SP and tour Monument Valley? Looks like it's 40 minutes away, or should I stay at Gouldings? Don't need hookups but it's hard to stomach $40 a night at the Tribal CG.
