www.militarycampgrounds.us will give you info on all US Military base famcamps. They also show who is eligible to use them. Some allow 100% disabled vets, some do not. Do you have a senior access pass for Federal Lands? This will give you 1/2 price camping in most (but not all) National Parks, Forests, etc.
