My leash comment was not directed at those that live outside of leash law areas. However we do, so we leash our dogs, that is all I meant. I should have worded it that those that won't follow rules/laws at CGs don't follow them at home either. My apologies to those I offended. By the way, the dog fee in VA parks was not capped at $15 per dog per stay for many years. It was $5 per day per dog for each day of your stay. I saw one lady at Kiptopeke get busted by the Ranger for 7 dogs. I don't know the outcome but she was cool until she decided to walk them all at the same time. Whoops.
