I can't recommend a park, but for weather, check out Weather Underground. Enter a city in Florida and then click on View Calendar Forecast under the 10 Day forecast. It will show you the Average temp for any given day and if it has it, the actual temp. For some reason Navarre doesn't have any historical data, but here's an example of Naples, FL.

Find the temps you like and then make a reservation.
