We went through the same thing that you are now. This winter will be our first being Snowbirds. Actually we will be part timer's but the camper will stay on site all winter. The farther south you go the warmer it gets AND the more expensive it gets. We found what looks to be a wonderful park in Silver Springs Fl about an hour north of Orlando and just east of Ocala. Temps should be in the low 60's for the most part which is not as warm as I would like but it is affordable and there are many fishing, biking and hiking opportunities around. It's a tradeoff I guess. We will try it this winter and if the temps are not warm enough for us then we will look farther south next year. Below is a link to the park that we chose...
