You've missed some really wonderful winters...are you referring to the winter of 2010 I believe, it was awful...didn't warm up until April 1st....but that hasn't happened since.
We stay in Cortez and 2010 almost drove us back home too but we have returned every year and couldn't be happier.
You cannot base what a winter is like on only one winter no matter where you snowbird.
No it probably was 2009 which makes it only one winter.
We just got home last night...can't wait to go back in November.

Actually it was 2009 but thanks for sharing that 2010 was also cold. Now I don't feel so bad about missing it! :B
