Not sure what you are looking for in a Park but check out Holiday Travel Park, Leesburg, FL. There are a good amount of Park Models but there are also a lot of Fifth Wheels , Class A's and just about anything else.
Our winters are not usually too bad. I came here from Naples and while it is a little cooler, if we are cold so is the rest of the state.
My BIL has a Park Model there and my Buddy and his wife have a Fifth Wheel. The ages are from 55 on up and this park does have a lot going on if you want to participate.
