Walmart camping

I could be mistaken, because I certainly have before, but I believe the "No Overnight Parking" is at least partially in place to discourage the homeless from taking up residence in their parking lots in their cars. They don't want them living in their cars at night and using their bathrooms like campground shower rooms during the daytime. I work at a big city down-town library and we have a HUGE parking lot where people used to do this all the time. Due to a lot of vandalism and other scary incidents when personnel were leaving at night we now have to have a lot of security to prevent this kind of thing. We also have huge populations of homeless people who use our restrooms for shower rooms.
