If you are traveling through Maryland and need a place to lay over, the Walmart in Elkton is pretty lax with its overnight parking.(clicky)

Thanks. WalMarts do make for a convenient overnight. Good lighting, good security. Plus a chance to stock up. You certainly can't beat the price.
