You will probably not want to drive an RV/trailer to the Nugget or Rail City. The roads around there are pretty cramped, and the parking lots aren't all that big.
Baldini's on Rock Blvd is probably a better choice, straight shot off the highway. I haven't confirmed that you can park there, so might want to double check that.
I believe the only Walmart in Sparks is actually in the Sparks Indian Colony, it's pretty tight getting in and a fairly small lot.. and I've got no clue if it's okay to park an RV overnight. So don't follow your GPS to that one ;-)
You don't say which direction you're coming in from/heading.. there are a lot of places one can boondock to the East of Reno both on I80 and 50.. And some north as well, not so much south until past Carson City
