My wife is tired of sharing our camping experience with the great unwashed. When I say that, I'm referring to the Party and Play crowd (think meth). They worry her and she doesn't enjoy the experience.
Where are you having these issues? I just passed through the area and stayed in the Petaluma KOA. Didn't see a bit of what you're describing...all I saw was kids, kids and more kids. The night before I stayed in a quiet adult oriented RV park in Fortuna CA. called Riverwalk. No sign of partying near my site anyway. Checking out rvparkreviews.com, yelp, etc. may steer you toward places you find acceptable.
