Wilderness is one of our favorites too. The waterfront sites are awesome. Last year they added a few with full hookups. The entire park is a gem, thousands of acres with miles of remote beach and trails. As an added bonus, the little family run store down the road from the campground has fresh made donuts every morning.
There was one waterfront site available at Wilderness and we passed on it for Petoskey SP. I hope I didn't make a mistake!
