West Virginia SP reservations
Unless I'm missing something, WV doesn't seem to have a system of reservations like most other states. How does one make reservations - by phone?

Yes, the good-old-fashioned phone call will suffice. Don't let it scare you away, WV has some great parks and scenery to visit.
