CA: Morro Bay SP, simply a converted parking lot with sublime beach access to the world's best beaches.
WA: Belfair SP, manicured grounds at the terminus of Puget Sound.
OR: I'm sorry, but the best park is an NFS park, "Alpine" CG on the shoulder of Mt. Hood at 6k. Otherwise, every SP on the Oregon Coast!
