McLain SP in MI, right on Lake Superior, is a top pick for me due to the view of the lake (the ice cream shop in the park didn't hurt, either!).
I'll also mention Moose Lake SP in MN because there were so many wildflowers blooming when I camped there, I could smell them all night long through the open windows.
