What do you set your house heat at when leaving for winter?

This will be my first time SB ing and I was thinking about what to leave the heat set at when gone. I was thinking leaving the heat pump at 50-55. Water and everything else will be off and unplugged....

I set it at 55. Shut the water off to the house , turn the water heater to vacation mode and disconnect tv sets, washer/drier, microwave, small appliances, etc. Leave fridge on vacation setting. nd leave various lights on timers. Finally, let my neighbors know and have mail temporarily forwarded.
