You know/knew the cancelation policy so live with it and pay up or don't show up at all and forfeit the $60.00 you already paid, your choice. here is your quote on the cancelation policy, quote,The cancellation policy is clearly stated that you must give 5 days notice for all cancellations. You call 2 days before your stay to cancel the last night of your reservation. It's easy to see you did not follow the policy so, missed it by 3 days, so since you asked, I believe you owe the other $60 dollars. So in this case you paid $120.00 for 3 nights, your nightly rate went from $30 per night for 4 nights,to $40.00 per night for 3 nights, still not bad. Go, have a good time and pay the fee.
