We just booked for $91/night at Hershey Park and don't get me started on Jellystone. With 4 kids we have been doing some destination campgrounds that are breaking the bank.
With 4 kids I can definitely see the value at staying at the Hershey Park cg. Like with Disney, it looks like you get some additional advantages by staying there - freebie hours on your day of arrival and such. Nice.
Where is the $91/night rate coming from? Is that with add-ons? The highest rate I see listed on their site is $75/night (plus taxes) with water, sewer, electric and cable.
(Hershey is one of the few places where we usually stay in a hotel.)
Kids grow up, time passes. Happy memories are a big part of a life well lived. You can always, make more money, but you can not make redoes or more time.
Sounds like money well spent in my opinion, given all the park has to offer, and how much fun the family will have
