Whats the status of NEW RV Park in Medford OR?

I was very happy to hear Medford is getting a new RV Park next to the Fairgrounds. Whats the status? When will it be open? Any links/ photos/ etc? Looking forward to using it. Medford really need...

I was past the fairgrounds a couple of days ago, and they have started on it. I have no more information than that. I still see people in the Wal Mart parking lot.
