It's pompous to call anyone else pompous. And that's not what I said, anyway. One way is not better than another. My observation was that boondocking used to be the norm, and generally what an RV was supposed to be for. But now, they're designed and built as if you're expected to park them on slabs and plug in, to the virtual exclusion of other uses.
