Camping seems to mean full hookup for many of this forums members too. Look at all the posts over the last month about frozen city water connections.
The full hookup crowd can't even conceptualize being without city water and is unwilling to just put the hose away until the weather clears up. They'll waste money on heated hoses, wrapping the spigot with towels or warming pads, etc.
Several of my co-workers "camp" and that means full hookups for all of them.
