Serious water filtration (two if not three separate filters, starting with a Camco filtering the water directly into the rig; two-stage between the tank and the sink; .05 micron charcoal filter under the sink. If you're boondocking, giardia can wreck your LIFE, as can many other biological hazards. To paraphrase Jane Fonda from "The Newsroom,":
"Ya wanna have safe water or d'ya wanna F around?"
Water efficient shower head.
Outdoor shower and enclosure
Weapons (protection). Nothing further.
Two zippo lighters, one for my pocket and a spare, plus a ton of lighter fluid. Don't like disposables. Many uses.
Meade Star Navigator 125mm Makalov-Cassegrain telescope with attendant hardware and software; Camera attachment for the Plossl eyepieces, which feeds into the Mac)
Three kitties, orange, orange/white and gray tabby. All the usuals plus a screened in, solid-floor dining porch for the kitties to play in. Kitties will NEVER be left outdoors unattended.
Books on iPad
Music on re-worked iPod classic with a 330gb SSD instead of the old hard drive and a new battery. Many gigs of music. Good music. ;)
Guitars, electric and acoustic. Yeah, electric. Amplification for same. Lots of strings.
Laptops. Wall warts. Geek gear. How can I get on "Vlogger Puppets," if I don't have a YouTube Channel?

Spare parts (relating to maintenance pain points for both truck and house) plus the usual belts, hoses and spark plugs plus a set of wires for the rig.
Generic spare parts: fuses, screws, nuts, bolts, LED bulbs.
OBDII scanner.
Muffler clamps
Worm-gear hose clamps (at least two of each size on the rig, multiple instances of two on each duplicate installation)
Electrical connectors of the types used on/in the rig.
Safety wire, .032 and .020 with safety wire pliers.
Torque wrenches (1/4" and 1/2" drive)
I'll think of more but I have stargazing to do...
