There are, but ours has neither one.
We have a Hallmark with inside shower that we have never used (DH idea, not mine). We didn’t get AC as not needed in PNW and we don’t camp during the summer. Fantastic fan or trees for shade.
We also get waaaay back there so we don’t have neighbors. Lately, we really have to get far due to the popularity of camping.
