When is the busiest time for folks going south to FL and returning north from FL?

I leave Canada in mid-November and head back in early March. The 120 day thing gets in the way each and every year.
In 2017 I deliberately altered my route south to give me an "extra" day in Canada. I may well do the same thing on my way north.
