Desert Trails has most of that except for the paved roads, which IMHO only encourage people to drive too fast anyway.
While on the "unfashionable" SW side of Tucson, west of the Tucson Mountains, the location is great for hiking, quiet and you can be in downtown Tucson in less than a half hour with very little traffic most of the time.
Full hook-up is under $600/month. Friendly residents, lots of organized activities and entertainment, friendly owner and staff. We are going on our 6th winter there.
The winter weather in Tucson is hard to beat - cool nights in the 40's and warm days in the 70's with almost endless sunshine. There have been a couple nights below freezing the last few winters, but that usually lasts lees than an hour in the early morning. I can only recall two or three days with cool, damp weather.
