Where To Camp In Winter Down South?Campgrounds/Affordibility

Hi..I'm new here,and nice to meet you all (handshake). My name is George (46 years old),and excited to be here,and new to all this,so please forgive me if I come across very uninformed in all this....

Get a non-resident pass for New Mexico state parks at $225 a year. You can travel all the state parks and if you need electric it is $4 per day at last check. Total per month using electric everyday for a year comes to $138 a month. You can't beat it. State parks are a good way to learn the ropes; you meet fellow rvers, there are rangers and camphosts to help you when needed, and it is a semi-controlled environment. Great before branching off into boondocking and BLM lands.
