I thought I'd pick the brains of all you seasoned travelers. :B
My idea of an ideal climate includes:
high temps 85 degrees or less
overnight temps 50 or higher
mostly sunny weather
not many mosquitos or biting flies
What places in continental US do you know of that come closest to this ideal during June through August?
Edit: I should add, not overly humid. Let's say 55% humidity or less.
Think the Population Density might also need to Considered along with Medical Availability, within 60 - 100 miles of a good hospital.
We are looking for that perfect spot -
“Most of those old settlers told it like it was, rough and rocky. They named their towns Rimrock, Rough Rock, Round Rock, and Wide Ruins, Skull Valley, Bitter Springs, Wolf Hole, Tombstone. It's a tough country. The names of Arizona towns tell you all you need to know.”

Just using that same Logic - I go to the Mountains, find a town that sounds good, then look at the Elevation.
Look at/for the names you might love - Aspen - Alpine - Lake City - Buena Vista - Ouray - Grand Lake ..............
We've found that if you are able to read a map, then just bounce along the Rockies, using elevation to keep you in Shorts when the Suns up and a Sweater when it goes down - Pretty close to perfect.
JMHO,
Thinking we don't need just one place - as this is an RV Forum ;)
