It is kind of funny how one persons perfect is different than another's. We like Crescent City North to the Arctic Circle and yet we have had hot spells where it was in the low 80's for a week or two. Boy were those weeks rough.
My offering is the Olympic Peninsula, Kala Loch is a great location with the possibilities of 80's and fifteen minutes away low 70's. Big cities(5 or 6 thousand) an hour away, small towns(under 200) and back roads a la C. Karult all around you.
