Being from WNY I say that the best temps are those in the 20's... (comedic pause here) Celsius that us!
I'm also a fan of upstate NY summers, but have to admit this one is a bit hotter than normal. Here in Oswego on the shore of Lake Ontario it rarely gets above 90°, nights go down to the 60's, and the sunsets are great! The last couple of days have been in the high 90's, nights only into the high 70's - I almost wish I had air conditioning in the house!
