Howdy!
You stated the USofA so Alaska would fit the bill except for the mosquitos and the biting flies which havbeen bad so for. We’re in Alaska now and the high today is in the seventies which has been unusual but it going back in to the sixties and fifties after the 4th. Other than that as a fulltime RVer that runs from the Texas heat I would recommend finding some place above 6,000 feet to start with.
