where to find ideal summer climate in USA?

I thought I'd pick the brains of all you seasoned travelers. :B

My idea of an ideal climate includes:
high temps 85 degrees or less
overnight temps 50 or higher
mostly sunny weather
not many mosquitos or biting flies

What places in continental US do you know of that come closest to this ideal during June through August?

Edit: I should add, not overly humid. Let's say 55% humidity or less.
  • I had one of my best summer last year in Montana, never hot or humid and no a/c needed at night and no mosquitoes, cant say how the winters are but sure was great summer temps..
  • WISCONSIN hands down!

Lake Geneva, Door County. Just about anywhere in the southern part of the state.
  • We found either the west coast or think in terms of elevation.... 6,000' or higher; preferably 7500'.
  • MI Upper Peninsula is close, but depending where you are, the mosquitoes and flies can be bad.
  • My vote is anywhere in the mountains from northern Colorado to Montana
  • We have spent two summers on the Oregon coast and it pretty well meets your needs however it can be windy depending on your location. We have traveled pretty well the whole country and the only other place we found close to Oregon coast temps was the Two Harbors area of Minnesota on Lake Superior.
