Where to stay in Corpus Christi?

I have been going to Corpus Christi each spring and fall for eight years. I stay for a month in October and a month in May. Always stay at:

Laguna Shore Village Inc. RV Park.

The park is located right on Laguna Madre and just before you cross bridge to Padre Island.

We stay in Aransas Pass. There are several very nice campgrounds there that are fairly new and the rates are very good. We spend a month at Aransas Bay RV Resort starting in late October.

If you are military or retired military check out Shields Park, CCNAS.
If not here is a site to check out Port Aransas Chamber of Commerce.

Best parks are not in Corpus Christi. Look at Ransom Road in Port Aransas.

We stayed at Sea Breeze RV Park, just East of Corpus Christi, several parks closer to the Gulf and farther away from Corpus. We took day trips to various areas and towns within 40 miles and one longer day trip to the King Ranch(great trip). Just check them out on the web, some are not quite as nice as others, we looked at several while there for future trip planning.
