I'm told by experienced friends (they have been there for the last 5 or 6 years straight that the kids do go site to site. They have told me stories and shown us pics of some big $ decorations of the RVs and sites.
We've stayed the last three years at a State park (Rainbow Springs) where some of the sites and RVs were decorated and some kids did go site to site.
