I see a lot of comments stating reservations are made, do you need to make reservations for most campgrounds to get in? I know that guarantees it, but are they often booked full outside of long weekends in the summer?
Just planning a large trip and have not booked anything yet, trip starts in March and ends in August. How worried should we be about making bookings in advance, can I expect to find sites without booking from March to end of June?
Sorry, we are going to be moving around in AZ, UT, CO, CA for that timeframe.
