I just checked the current rates on one of the very nice privet parks here in Oregon. It is right in the center of Wine country in McMinnville, standard rate is $44.00 a night, with Good Sam $39.60, have stayed before and will stay again. I don't see $44.00 for a private park as unreasonable.
