BTW, if a campground is 100 miles outside of a city or town, who do you expect to pay the expense of running a wire or erecting a high-bandwith tower to provide service to the campground? If you ever saw mileage charges on your utility bill, you would get some idea of what they charge for that. We are less than 100 miles from a modern provider, and still over 50% of the rural homes have no cable or internet service, and many have no phone service of any type, wired or wireless. A campground is not a magic place, if there is no service or electricity, they can't just wave a want an make it happen.
