Well stated! They are wilderness/natural campgrounds for a reason!!:B

We us Verizon MiFi and find that coverage in COE & NP not that good, but we don't mind. Can go without for the week or whatever time we spend in them!

  • The OP title is ... WiFi In C.O.E C.G? Which is Corps of Engineers Camp Grounds in my honest opinion. I may have confused the issue with my listing a State and a County park. My intent was to show growth of WiFi into government campgrounds.
  • We stayed at Dam West Carlyle IL last year and they said that they were adding WIFI. Have not seen it any other place.
  • Cherry Creek State Park and Mary's Lake Park (Larimer County) had WiFi on our summer excursion to Colorado. Mary's Lake is just south of Estes Park on a hillside.
  • I've camped in many government parks in the east, including C.O.E.s. over the past 9 years. In my travels, only one county park has offered WiFi. I need Internet for work and use MiFi on the Verizon network.
