Wind River Mountains
Anyone have suggestions for this area? Looking to hit it July, August in a class C, towed jeep, kayak and dual sprt motorcycle, 9 yr old boy. Suggestions what to see, where to camp? Thanks, Cb

Lived in Pinedale for 10 years on the western side of the winds. As far as access goes try Green River Lakes road to the end, nice campground and miles of FS roads to explore. If you prefer to boondock outside the campground is FS and many campsites. Also look up Soda lake and Willow lake. Good dirt road to either lake for free camping. Soda Lake has the best eating trout if your into fishing.
