- wintersunExplorer IIMcPhee's Grill in Templeton is the only standard fare restaurant I would recommend in the area. When staying in Paso we usually drive down to Arroyo Grande or over to Cayucos to eat.
- jrdr653ExplorerLots to choose from Thank you all and keep them coming, taking all info down and it is going to be a great trip in October...If anyone is there during the week of October 7th would love to chat and share a glass or 2 with you and our friends...:)
- JohnG3Explorer IIFirestone also owns the Main St. Grill in Cambria. If seafood is an option, Tognizzini's in Morro Bay has fresh off the boat daily fish specials. If you take 46 west to Hwy 1 for Cambria?Hearst Castle or Morro Bay and the fog is not in, stop at the large turnout on the left just past the top for a view to remember.
- tandkExplorerAgree with the above post. The staff at WIne Country is always great with suggestions also. If you want a great, casual dinner go to Firestones BBQ in San Luis. Yummy!
- roman_travelerExplorerMcKlintocks in Paso is good, AJ Spurs in Templeton. The old Paso Robles Inn has a very upscale and popular restaurant. There's also a Cool Hand Lukes in Paso. Have fun.

A couple of small family run wineries to see are Falcon Nest and B&E. The owner of the first serves a nice lunch and pours 4 reds he says he makes for a female tast. The owner, wine maker of B&E is a funny lady who does it all. It is a little hard to find a few miles south of the RV park. Last year the office had a list of 30 or so wineries who offer complementary tastings to people who stay at the park. Enjoy.
Thanks for the info, we will enjoy :) - G7ARYMExplorerA couple of small family run wineries to see are Falcon Nest and B&E. Artisan, Il Cortile, and Firestone Walker Brewing are our favorites. We used to like Paso Robles Inn but their food has went downhill the last couple times we were there. Cass Winery has a great lunch. Give Tobin James a try for wine tasting. Good wine and a fun place.
Tobin James is one on our list to go to, and thanks for the Cass Winery Idea too...Cheers to you all!!!
