This is not a knock on the Rio Grande Valley of Texas, as it probably happens elsewhere, but what does anyone know about what we call "The Texas Crud"? Many of my Winter Texan friends develop symptom...

It's not a good idea to get Mexican Z-paks and self-medicate. Most of the time you'll be wrong. Flu shots help me too.

The Texas Crud = seems like I get some form of it every year. Two years ago it was a flu variant that the flu shot didn't caught. This year year was a upper respiratory thing, I usually check with the coffee club for the cure. When all else fails go see the Dr.
