- RV-1_2n-FUNExplorerDVC, Disney Vacation Club, a timeshare will be coming to FW in the future.
- tatestExplorer IIHaven't done that, but have done other things like that, e.g. stay in a foreign metropolis for 4-12 weeks. Longer than most vacation stays, short than actually moving there. Places like Rome, Beijing, Budapest, hong Kong come to mind. Not sure I could do it at a place as culturally confined as WDW, or even Singapore, but I know many people who do, 6, 12, 30 weeks never venturing from far from their winter resort, never etending relationships beyond the other seasonal residents. Golf every day, go to the beach every day, sit and do nothing every day. Visiting theme parks might just be the thing that you do..
I knww people who will stay on a single cruise ship for a year or two at a time, but that is not quite the same because your world now includes all the ports of call, and the ships usally chosen have global itineraries.
If your intent is to stay in Fort Wilderness and not do much of anything outside the RV park, there may be less expensive places to do. nothing, and as nice to stay. - dtgunner7ExplorerWe stay about three weeks in winter, and NEVER get bored as there is a lot to do, as well as do nothing. Clean, good roads, pool, fish, talk to neighbors.... We than go to Ft Myers for a month or more.
