Wondering how many are planning for 2017?
After reading this thread on Where are you headed in 2016? it made me wonder are there folks here already planning for 2017? Or is it too early to think about it? How long ahead do you start planning?...

When we've made really long advanced reservations there is usually a deposit required. You get the money back if you cancel within their guidelines. However, they then have your money working for them. It might not be a lot of money but if 10 people do it it's probably worth it to them.
